FIND YOUR SID 1. Open the StarMaker app and sign in. 2. Tap the Me tab in the bottom right of the screen. 3. Your SID appears on your profile page, as a ten-digit number. 4. Copy it rather than retyping it. Alternative: open Settings, then Account Information. The SID appears there too. WHAT NOT TO SEND US Not your display name, not your phone number, not your email address, not a room ID. Only the ten-digit SID. And never your password. TO TOP UP SOMEONE ELSE'S ACCOUNT Just ask them for their SID. You need nothing else. PLACE YOUR ORDER 1. Choose the amount of Coins you want. 2. Enter the SID in the field provided at checkout. 3. Read it back digit by digit before confirming. It is the only thing that decides where the Coins go. 4. Pay for your order. We apply the top-up to the account. CHECK YOUR BALANCE Open StarMaker and check your Coins balance, visible from the Me tab or from the shop. If nothing shows, force-close the app and reopen it, the balance refreshes when you sign back in. Tip: if you are ordering for the first time, start with a small amount.
