Diamonds are the premium currency on Likee. You use them to send animated gifts to creators during their live streams and under their videos, and to unlock premium effects in the Effect Store. There is nothing to redeem. You give us your Likee ID when you order, and the Diamonds are credited directly to the account. Pick the amount that suits you from the options listed above. Likee runs a verification on the first purchase made on an account. This is not a delay on our side and your Diamonds will arrive. Later orders are credited within minutes. Turn off your VPN before and after the top-up. An active VPN blocks synchronisation and makes the operation fail. Switch it off about ten minutes before ordering and leave it off until the Diamonds arrive. Before you buy: Most important point: check your ID digit by digit before confirming your order. The Diamonds go to whichever account matches the ID you give us. One wrong digit and they go to a stranger, with no way to recover them and no refund. Your Likee ID is a ten-digit number. It is assigned when your account is created and never changes, even if you change your username. Diamonds and Coins are two different things. Coins are earned through your activity in the app and do not convert into Diamonds. This product sells Diamonds. Diamonds cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be transferred to another account. Never share your password, your login email or a code received by SMS. An ID top-up never asks for those. If a seller asks you for them, they are trying to steal your account. Once the top-up is done, the operation is final. No refund is possible. Important reminder: nobody should ever ask you for a top-up to settle a debt, customs fees, a fine or an account unlock. No government body, no bank, no operator works that way. If someone asks you for one, it is a scam.

FIND YOUR LIKEE ID 1. Open the Likee app and sign in. 2. Tap the profile icon, then open your profile. 3. Your ID appears under your username, as a ten-digit number. 4. Copy it rather than retyping it. This ID never changes, even if you change your username. TO TOP UP SOMEONE ELSE'S ACCOUNT Just ask them for their Likee ID. You need nothing else. BEFORE ORDERING: TURN OFF YOUR VPN If you use a VPN, switch it off about ten minutes before ordering and leave it off until your Diamonds arrive. An active VPN blocks synchronisation and makes the top-up fail. PLACE YOUR ORDER 1. Choose the amount of Diamonds you want. 2. Enter the Likee ID in the field provided at checkout. 3. Read it back digit by digit before confirming. It is the only thing that decides where the Diamonds go. 4. Pay for your order. We apply the top-up to the account. CHECK YOUR BALANCE Open Likee, go to your profile and check your wallet. Your Diamonds balance appears there. The wallet does not update in real time. Pull the screen down to refresh it manually, and give it a few minutes before worrying. IF YOUR DIAMONDS DO NOT ARRIVE If this is your first order, wait up to forty-eight hours, that is Likee's verification period. If this is a later order, check that your VPN is off, refresh your wallet, and wait thirty minutes. Delivery takes longer at peak hours, in the early evening. Once you have checked all that, contact our WhatsApp support with your order number and the ID concerned.
