Before you start: make sure you have an IMVU account with an avatar created. If you don't, sign up at imvu.com first. STEP 1: SIGN IN 1. Go to imvu.com in a browser. 2. Log in with your username or email and your password. 3. Check that this is the account you want to credit. STEP 2: OPEN THE PREPAID CARD PAGE Go to imvu.com/prepaidcard. You can also reach it from the site: click the coin icon in the top right, choose "Credit sale", then select Gift Card in the menu. STEP 3: ENTER YOUR CODE 1. Enter the code from your SODACARDS order, exactly as you received it. 2. Choose what you want: Credits or a VIP subscription. 3. Click "Redeem Now". 4. Re-enter the code if the site prompts you to. STEP 4: WAIT FOR THE CREDIT A confirmation appears once submitted. Credits can take up to two business days to show on your account. If the confirmation appeared but the Credits aren't there yet, wait before assuming it failed. Don't try to reuse the code, it only works once. Tip: enter the code with no spaces and exactly as shown. Watch out for lookalike characters (O and 0, I and 1). Paste from your order email where possible. If the code is rejected or the Credits still aren't there after three days, contact our WhatsApp support with your order number.
