Clues and Inspirations are earned through matches. Echoes are the only currency obtained with real money. There is nothing to redeem. You give us your User ID and your server when you order, and the Echoes are credited directly to the account. Pick the amount that suits you from the options listed above. Your User ID alone is therefore not enough, your server is needed too. A wrong server means failed delivery, and it is the most frequently reported problem on this game. The Echoes go to whichever account matches what you give us, with no way to recover them and no refund. Your User ID is a string of digits found only in the game settings. It is not your display name. It never changes, even if you change your username. Never share your password, your login email or a code received by SMS. A User ID top-up never asks for those. FIND YOUR USER ID AND SERVER 1. Open Identity V and sign in. 2. Open the in-game settings. 3. Go to the Games section, or Account depending on your version. 4. Your User ID, username and server appear there together. 5. Use the copy button to get your User ID exactly. Alternative: tap your portrait in the lobby, the profile section shows the ID under your username. Note your server at the same time as your ID. The two go together. TO TOP UP SOMEONE ELSE'S ACCOUNT Ask them for their User ID and their server. This works even if they play on a different server from yours. PLACE YOUR ORDER 1. Choose the amount of Echoes you want. 2. Enter the User ID in the first field. 3. Enter the server in the second field. 4. Read both back before confirming. They are the only things that decide where the Echoes go. 5. Pay for your order. We apply the top-up to the account. CHECK YOUR BALANCE Open Identity V, your Echoes balance appears in the top right of the main screen.
