Paying for a full Crunchyroll subscription just to follow a few anime a month is expensive. So we set up another way. We open Crunchyroll Mega Fan accounts, pay for them in full, and resell the profiles. You are buying shared access rather than a whole account. Crunchyroll Mega Fan gives access to five profiles on one account. There will be five of you on that account, each with your own profile, your own progress and your own lists. What the Mega Fan plan gives you: The full catalogue, unlimited and ad-free Simulcast episodes, shortly after they air in Japan Offline viewing, to download and watch without a connection Crunchylists, to organise your series and favourites Access to the Game Vault, the included games catalogue One useful detail: Mega Fan allows five profiles but only four simultaneous streams. If the four other users are watching at the same time as you, a message will tell you the limit is reached. That is a Crunchyroll plan limit, not over-sharing on our part. Wait a few minutes and try again. This message also appears when one user watches from several devices at once, which our house rules do not allow. Use your profile on a single device, and do not share your login details with anyone. Do not change the login details, neither the email address nor the password. Do not touch the other users' profiles. Do not make any purchase from the account, including on the Crunchyroll store. If these rules are not respected, your profile is closed with no refund. BEFORE YOU BUY We would rather tell you these things before the sale than after. By placing an order, you confirm you have read and understood the following. Crunchyroll is one of the steadiest shared subscriptions we offer. Incidents are rare, but they do happen: 1. Account suspension by Crunchyroll. 2. A payment problem with the card linked to the account, suspending access until it is resolved. 3. A change of the account email address or password, caused by a supplier or by a dishonest user. This is outside our control. OUR GUARANTEE One-month subscription: we guarantee a minimum of twenty-five days of access. That does not mean access stops on day twenty-five, it means our guarantee covers that period. If a problem occurs before those twenty-five days are reached, we provide a replacement account covering the remaining days. If a problem occurs after, the subscription ends with no replacement. Two-month, three-month, six-month and one-year subscriptions: same principle. If a problem occurs, you receive a replacement account for the remaining time. If the subscription is close to its end, with five days or fewer remaining, it ends with no replacement. WHAT WE ASK OF YOU We handle every report in the order it arrives, within twenty-four to seventy-two hours. Sending several messages about the same issue does not speed it up, it moves it to the back of the queue. One message is enough, we will come back to you. Issues are handled in writing, not by phone. Before that, a refund only applies where a problem has occurred and our team judges that a replacement is not suitable. This product is not a gift card and not a personal account. You have received your login details: an email address, a password and a profile name. Keep them to hand. SIGNING IN 1. Open the Crunchyroll app or go to crunchyroll.com. 2. Select Sign In. 3. Enter the email address from your login details. 4. Enter the password you received. 5. Once signed in, select the profile assigned to you, the one named in your login details. You are in. DOWNLOADING FOR OFFLINE VIEWING Offline viewing is included with Mega Fan. Open an episode in the mobile app and select the download icon. This is useful when your connection is limited. HOUSE RULES REMINDER One device per profile. Do not change the email address or the password. Do not touch the other users' profiles. Do not buy anything from the account. Any change to the login details cuts off the four other users and closes your profile with no refund.
