Canva Pro on your account - Invite access

This product is not an account to share and there are no login details to receive. You keep your own Canva account, with your designs, your folders and your work. We add you to our Canva Pro workspace, and your account immediately unlocks all the premium features. You simply give us the email address linked to your Canva account. We send you an invitation, you accept it, and that is it. HOW IT WORKS There is no account to create and no login details to remember. Your account stays yours, it simply gains the Pro features for the length of your subscription. You need an existing Canva account, even a free one. If you do not have one, create it on canva.com before ordering, it is free and takes two minutes. DELIVERY Delivery on this product is manual, it is not instant. Our team sends your invitation as soon as they see your order, between 10am and 10pm. An order placed outside those hours is handled the following morning. IMPORTANT ADVICE ABOUT YOUR DESIGNS Create your designs in your personal space, not in the team workspace. Designs created inside a team workspace belong to that workspace. If you leave the team at the end of your subscription, you lose access to those designs. Your personal designs, created outside the team workspace, remain accessible from your account at all times, even after the subscription ends. Only the premium elements they contain will then appear watermarked. Get into this habit from day one, it will save you from losing everything. Also remember to download your important designs before your subscription ends. BEFORE YOU BUY This product is stable, but two situations can occur: 1. An accidental removal from the workspace, which cuts off your Pro features. Report it to us and we will add you back quickly. 2. A suspension of the workspace, which interrupts access for all members until it is resolved. In both cases, your Canva account and your personal designs are unaffected, only the Pro features are. OUR GUARANTEE If you lose access to the Pro features before the end of your subscription, we add you back or provide replacement access covering the remaining time. If the subscription is close to its end, with five days or fewer remaining, it ends with no replacement. WHAT WE ASK OF YOU We handle every report in the order it arrives, within twenty-four to seventy-two hours. Sending several messages about the same issue does not speed it up, it moves it to the back of the queue. One message is enough, we will come back to you. Issues are handled in writing, not by phone. Message us on WhatsApp or open a ticket directly on our site. REFUNDS After five days of use, no refund is possible. Before that, a refund only applies where a problem has occurred and our team judges that a replacement is not suitable. No refund is given if the email address provided at checkout is wrong or does not match any Canva account.

STEP 1: HAVE A CANVA ACCOUNT If you do not have one yet, go to canva.com and create a free account. Note the email address you used. STEP 2: PLACE YOUR ORDER Enter the email address linked to your Canva account in the field provided at checkout. Read it back character by character, this is where the invitation will be sent. STEP 3: ACCEPT THE INVITATION 1. Our team sends the invitation as soon as they process your order, between 10am and 10pm. 2. Open your inbox and look for the Canva invitation email. Check your spam folder too. 3. Select the accept button in the email. 4. Sign in to your Canva account if you are not already signed in. STEP 4: CHECK THAT IT IS ACTIVE Open Canva and look for an element marked premium, a crown for instance. If it works without a watermark, your access is live. If the Pro features do not appear, check in the top corner that you are in the right workspace. Select your account icon, then switch to the team you have just been added to. WHERE TO CREATE YOUR DESIGNS Create your designs in your personal space, not in the team workspace. Designs made in the team workspace become inaccessible once you leave the team. Your personal designs stay yours forever. Download your important designs before your subscription ends. IF YOUR PRO FEATURES DISAPPEAR Message us on WhatsApp or open a ticket on our site with your order number and your Canva account email address. We will add you back quickly.
